Shawn D. Bayle
President and Partner
Shawn brings over two decades of leadership across consumer products, wireless technologies, and enterprise IT. His strength lies in synthesizing technical and business complexity into clear strategies and actionable plans—fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and results.
As a former VP, Shawn has led commercial development, product management, and marketing across multiple product lines. He founded MI Consulting Group to meet the growing demand for fast, flexible, and targeted technology consulting.
Shawn holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, with additional MBA-level training in Leadership, Business Management, and Product Marketing. He is the author of several U.S. and international patents.
Jeff Tripp
Partner
Jeff is a strategic, hands-on executive with deep expertise in product development, engineering leadership, and technical operations. He excels at turning complex ideas into structured, scalable systems—and is known for creating high-performance teams that deliver real impact.
With a background that spans professional services, systems architecture, and operational transformation, Jeff drives clarity and execution from concept to commercialization. He specializes in optimizing workflows, automating processes, and enabling real-time decision-making across teams.
Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a certified PMP and named inventor on five issued patents.
Scott Spreen
Principal Consultant
Scott brings senior-level experience from Fortune 500 companies, startups, and global consulting firms. His background includes product management, business development, and go-to-market strategy—with deep domain expertise in mobile and wireless technologies.
He has introduced next-gen mobile products to major global carriers and is an active industry advisor, serving on Texas A&M’s Mechanical Engineering Advisory Council. There, he supports student programs, faculty engagement, and industry collaboration to better prepare graduates for the workforce.
Scott holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Keith Allison
Executive Director, Sales and Marketing
Keith brings more than two decades of sales leadership and telecom experience, with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, carrier relationships, and technology-driven growth. At Mobile Impact Group, he leads all sales and marketing efforts—connecting clients with tailored consulting solutions across strategy, design, integration, and delivery.
Prior to joining MI, Keith held senior executive roles at NEC, Brightstar, Sony, ZTE, and Nokia, where he directed strategic sourcing, account growth, and product launches for national carriers including Verizon Wireless. His track record includes managing $100M+ device portfolios, building channel programs that generated $500M in revenue, and launching new ruggedized and LTE products for major OEMs.
Keith’s unique combination of telecom domain knowledge, consultative selling, and commercial execution makes him a trusted partner for clients navigating complex product and market challenges.
